In this video I explain how to add an audio track to an MP4 file without the need to re-encode, this means the original quality of your video will be preserved and the process will be much faster. • When adding audio to a video that was not created from the same source, there can be issues with timing; unfortunately this can be difficult to fix when the video has a variable frame rate or any dropped frames etc. This is the trade off when adding a file without re-encoding; re-encoding will re-multiplex the audio and video streams and should improve the syncronisation, but this reduces the quality of the video and takes longer to process. So this process may not be suitable for every case. • I use freeware software called avidemux, you can download this here http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/inde... • - - • Please leave me comments with any feedback or questions you may have, I'll do my best to help. • If you found this video useful please click the thumbs up like icon, or if you would like to see more of this sort of thing please click the Subscribe button, thank you.
