Completing this drill without resistance will not fatigue your muscles near as much as with Kbands. By jumping from side to side you will increase not only stability, but power in your legs. By improving your vertical leap, you will enhance your ability to sprint with power and develop speed. • Set your cones up slightly wider than what you are capable of jumping to. This goal will help push the limits of what you are capable of. Move back-and-forth for 15 to 20 seconds before taking a break.
