As you can see the Dell does both great. HDR has some kind of refind look is how I describe it. We all know Its NOT OLED in the HDR department or in dark levels but this VA panel is one of the best panels for Contrast as I have seen and compared it to a top of the line IPS Aorus AD27QD monitor and this cheaper monitor beats it in every way. Its nice to have HDR and I will use it only sometimes as I prefer SDR for everything but everyone is different and this does it better than any IPS HDR400 monitor due to the Contrast a VA panel provides...
