This video demonstrates 3D printed Nema 17 based peristaltic pump. Pump is fully customizable, you can use any available silicon hose, Nema stepper motor bearings. Maximum flow with 9/6mm silicon hose reaches 70 liters per hour. • The latest version of the pump has a movable carriage mounted with spring loaded screws. This allows Nema 17 motor to drive 1.5 mm thick silicon hose, i.e. OD=9 mm ID=6 mm, at 450-500 RPM with the cheapest A4988 stepper driver. • 3D models source files are available on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:314... • Arduino firmware is available on GitHub https://github.com/Phisik/Peristaltic...
