Food you can be confident to serve to everyone- EVEN GLUTEN-EATER! • https://amzn.to/3TPFp3P • Corned Beef Dip • Preheat oven 350° • Prep Time:10-15 minutes Cook Time:30 minutes • • Ingredients: • 8 oz cooked corned beef • 8 ounces cream cheese • 5 ounces Greek yogurt (can use low fat if you prefer) • 4 oz Swiss cheese • 10 oz sauerkraut (canned-NOT Bavarian style) • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 8 x 8 inch baking dish • • Directions: • 1-Chop corned beef into small pieces, almost resembling shredded. • 2-Chop Swiss cheese (if not shredded already) into small cubes. • 3-In a medium sized bowl add beef, cheese and all the remaining ingredients. • 4-Mix well. • 5-Place in a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling! • • Tip: • *Serve with toasted gluten-free rye bread or sourdough, or rice/seed/multi-grain crackers!
