The top is Fender's 'A' grade Sitka Spruce with East Indian Rosewood back and sides for a large and resonant sound. The Deluxe model also benefits from an Ebony fingerboard and bridge as an additional high grade wood. The PM-1 features a Fishman EQ and pickup system which transfers the sound with great accuracy, as well as including a handy tuner and phase controls.
