EAT Chicken Noodle Soup

With three kids, it seems like my family has been on a constant rotation of sickness. We have LOVED this chicken noodle soup and hope you do too! Subscribe to WUM for new vids M-W-F! http://bit.ly/sub2moms • INGREDIENTS • • 1 TBSP olive oil • • Half chopped onion • • 2 chopped carrots • • 4 oz capellini or angel hair pasta • • 64 ox chicken broth • • Chicken (rotisserie or left over) • DIRECTIONS • 1. Heat heavy bottom pan and warm olive oil. • 2. Sauté onions and carrots for about 8 minutes, until veggies are soft. • 3. Add chicken broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. • 4. Puree veggies. Add pasta if cooking in soup. Add roasted chicken and let warm in residual heat.
