Block Elements with uBlock Origin

How to Block Elements using uBlock Origin Extension. • Instructions; • Left click the uBlock Origin button in the top right hand corner (default position) • Left click Element Picker Mode (eyedropper icon) • Select the element you want to block. Make sure to get move the mouse until the entire element is highlighted • In the bottom left hand corner look for Cosmetic Filters and left click the line (URL most of the time) that you want to block then click Create • Reload the webpage by pressing F5 or right click then click the reload icon (circular arrow) • If you created the rule successfully you will no longer see the offending element • Done • To remove the filter left click uBlock Origin • Left click on dashboard • Left click My Filters • Then highlight and delete or backspace the filter.
