It takes 15 days apparently to get them back. • Firstly I am really, really proud of this song. This is the guitar version of course , the vocal version is really hard so not done yet and probably won't be because.... • Apple repair returned my faulty laptop (faulty since the day I got it clearly damaged at the factory) with a broken screen and now Davinci resolve won't launch and Final Cut Pro won't compress my video files to so I can't edit the footage from my better Camera and I can't compress video files into files that don't take hours to upload. I also can't get the videos to sync properly. • I sent it to them the year I got it and listed all the faults and they only tested for one of the faults I said...because for some reason they only ever write one fault down. And it was for the screen randomly flickering but it only happens when you would turn it on but not every time and they only tested it by leaving it turned on all the time! They inspected and said it was not damaged but also that the fault didn't happened for them so I couldn't return it (not the only one they've done that on with intermittent faults). Then I finally caught it on camera and they said now it's water damaged!! And I said they inspected it the first time and said there was no water damage...and they just said well it can only become evident over time (so it literally could have happened at the factory) so it's completely unfair because I know I haven't damaged it but they are saying it didn't happen at the factory....as if they were there in China where it was made. • And the guy kept asking what time to call and I'd get a call three hours after the time and he literally was told I'd woke up covered in blood because I am trying to save for testing and treatment to cure my condition and I couldn't afford to pay 1300 GBP for a screen problem that was there from the start and he literally just didn't care and said I was lying. He also said that apple advisors always call back even though the only reason i was talking to him was because the other apple advisor had asked when to call and then never did (i said that to him and of course he didn't have an answer because he'd been caught making a false claim). He also stuttered when he said i guarantee it (didn't happen at the factory because obviously he realised he literally couldn't guarantee water damage hadn't happened at the factory without being there. After 4 years of trying to get it returned that's what I got when I finally caught the fault on camera which being bed ridden for half of the time made that take a while. • So then.... • I bought an imac four years later (hoping that maybe I was just unlucky with the laptop) and it has a ton of faults (and insanely slow) many of which are intermittent (like the laptop I had from them four years earlier and they managed to steal a lot of money over a faulty machine thanks to that) and now if the faults don't happen for the apple repair team on this imac that I sent off last night after rushing to finish this song... I will literally have no way to finish all my songs to the standard I want to finish them until I can afford to buy a better machine that actually works as advertised. • So unfortunately this is going to be the last video for a while and there was loads of stuff I wanted to change but I couldn't because all Apple products I've had over the last 14 years are either dead or don't work. I won't be buying from them again. • It's hard enough trying to work with incredible pain and itching.
