Our beautiful County has lots of legends, myths and fairy tales. One of the most famous is the mermaid of Zennor! • In our video today we explore the coastline near Zennor, going to Pendour Cove where the legend began! Experience the drama and remoteness of this special part of Cornwall with its pale grey rocks and jagged, tall cliffs that tumble to the sea. • When we filmed this video, the sea was sparkling in the watery sunshine like camera flashes, calm and beautiful, it belies its potential to be savage and unforgiving! • A short, but beautiful 2.5 mile circular walk with a pub at the end - perfect!!
