BREAKING NEWS! Elk Co, KS Busted violating a man's rights and arresting him unlawfully! • Backstory: • Robert Walker Jr and his wife went to local courthouse in Elk Co. Kansas to take care of vehicle registration due to temp tags about to expire. Upon entering courthouse Robert was confronted stating he had to surrender his 4th amendment rights in order to enter. Voicing his frustration over the violation of his constitutional rights, he was arrested charged with Disorderly conduct. From there, Elk Co Sheriff and DA/County Attorney attempt to cover it up.
