S-Tier Korean fried chicken • Batter: • 1/2 cup AP flour • 1 cup cornflour • 1 cup potato starch • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp ginger powder • 1 tsp salt • whisk all the ingredients together • Remove 1 cup of flour mixture and add in 1.5cups of cold water, whisk to create a loos wet batter • dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then into the, wet batter, then back to the uc flour mixture, then fry it at 180C for about 4/5 minutes till golden brown • Gochujang sauce: • 2 tbsp ginger, grated • 2 tbsp garlic, grated • 3 tbsp ketchup • 3 tbsp gochujang • 1 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp Gochugaru/chilli flakes(optional) • 1/2 cup water • 15 simmer until thickened then toss through the fried chicken to coat • #koreanfood #koreanfriedchicken #friedchicken #friedfood #easyrecipe #dinnerideas • #cookinathome #치킨 #양념치킨
