Tour of the Rockefeller Estate, Sleepy Hollow, New York. • Kykuit was home to four generations of the Rockefeller family, beginning with the philanthropist John D. Rockefeller, the richest man in America. Conceived largely by his son, John D. Rockefeller, Jr., and enriched by the art collection of Nelson Rockefeller, Governor of New York, and Vice President of the United States.
