Greatest Traditional Polish Food Tour in Gdansk

We're attending the St. Dominic's Fair in Gdansk Poland to try out some traditional Polish food! • St. Dominic's Fair (Jarmark św. Dominika) is one of the oldest and largest fairs in Europe, held annually in Gdańsk, Poland. It has a long history dating back to the 13th century, making it a significant cultural and economic event in the region. • After browsing many of the food stalls and an unsuccessful hunt for Pierogi's, I settle for some cheese wrapped in bacon with jam. While it wasn't what I was looking for, I'm glad I tried it. It was good. • Next we find a sweet treat in the form of a chimney cake. After watching the process of how it was made, my server spread Nutella all over the inside. It was delicious. • Next up, we grab some Bigos for lunch. Bigos is a traditional Polish dish also known as Hunter's Stew. It was so hot!
