Current Mirror Signal with 4 Relays Design Card. This card measures the 4-20mA sensors signal and reproduce the same signal for further processing at DCS. User can set Relay Threshold points through RS485 Communication. • You can connect any sensor like Pressure sensor, Temperature sensor, Flow Sensor, Gas Sensor which gives Output in 4 to 20mA current signal. Four Relays also provided in this board for activating the alarms at different levels. Threshold point can also configure through RS485 Port. • One more important feature of this Universal Sensor Interfacing Board is that, It generates mirror signal of input current in terms of same 4 to 20mA Current. • You can connect 3 wire types 4-20mA transmitter Type Sensor or 2 Wire Power loop Transmitter Type Sensor. There is one LED in current line though which we can get idea about the strength of current signal.
