But what if I tell you that you don't have to go to far off Tripura to see the Alpona Gram? in fact it is only 4 and a half hours train journey away from Kolkata. Today I'll take you to Hatimara village in Hura Block or Purulia distict which is Bengal's own Alpana gram and it is as much vibrant and colourful as the one in Tripura.
