Homemade Chocolate without dark chocolate. I made these chocolates with cocoa powder. It is a healthy snack. Single chocolate gives only 41 calories • To make this recipe I am using Ajanta cocoa powder and chocolate essence. • #chcolate #healthysnacks #healthydessert • Homemade Chocolate • Serving-15 • Ingredients • 1-Milk powder-30gm • 2-Cocoa powder-15gm • 3-Peanut butter-20gm • 4-Ghee-20gm • 5-Chococlate essence-4 drops • 6-Mix nuts-30gm • Method • 1-Mixer jar add milk powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter, ghee, chocolate essence. • 2-Grind it for 2mins. • 3-Now add mix nuts and mix well. • 4-Take chocolate mold, pour this mixture to it. • 5-Freez it for 4-5hours. • Healthy chocolate is ready to serve. • Storage-Store these chocolates in fridge only.
