The wife of a Dallas Fire Captain has been arrested on a charge of murder conspiracy to commit after her husband was found shot dead. Captain Bob Poynter worked with the University Fire Department since 1997. Police say, 29-year-old Chacey Poyner said her husband had been shot but gave suspicious and conflicting information about the incident. Poynter was arrested and is being held at the Hunt County Jail. #InsideEdition
