If you are using pre-packaged or frozen yuca this is unnecessary. • 2. Put the yuca into your pressure cooker and fill it with enough water to cover the yuca. Add salt. • 3. Cook for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker. If using a regular pot, bring the water to a boil, add the yuca and pinch with a fork occasionally until I is very soft. • 4. Remove the yuca from water. Remove the stems or root s from the center of the yuca. • 5. Drizzle with mojo and enjoy!
