The Nio ES8 is a fully electric SUV from China that might just give established European brands a run for their money. • Let CarGurus help you find your next car: • https://www.cargurus.co.uk/Cars/artic... • The Nio brand won't be familiar to British car buyers just yet, primarily because it isn't offered in the UK right now. However, the Chinese company has recently entered Europe by launching sales in Norway - where electric vehicles are extremely popular - so we're hopeful that the brand will eventually make it to these shores. • The ES8 is the firm's range-topping model, and it's a large electric SUV with a choice of six or seven seats. 75kWh or 100kWh battery options are available, the latter of which is capable of an official WLTP range of around 310 miles. It's also capable of 0-62mph in 4.9 seconds, which is proper Tesla-teasing pace.
