Learn how to make a good, storage-worthy mashed potato, dehydrate it, then vacuum seal for proper storage. • Recipe measurements for RE-hydrating to eat (2 servings): • 2/3 C water • 1 T butter • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 C milk • 2/3 C potato flakes • Heat water, butter salt to boiling.
