Santula is one of the most popular Odia recipe which is very healthy and people generally have it on daily basis. It is prepared with lots of fresh vegetables, crushed garlic etc. So, learn , try and enjoy this healthy Odia dish with roti in dinner. • Ingredients: • 1. Diced pumpkin - 1 cup • 2. Diced raw papaya - 1 cup • 3. Diced brinjal - 1/2 cup • 4. Diced ridge gourd - 1/2 cup • 5. Diced raw banana - 1/2 cup • 6. Diced beans - 1/4 cup • 7. Diced broad beans - 1/4 cup • 8. Diced tomato - 1 ( Medium ) • 9. Garlic cloves - ( 10 -12) • 10. Badi ( Sun dried urad dal ) - 8-10 nos • 11. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp • 12. Green chili - 1 • 13.
