In no reality would I be strong enough to turn this car with a manual rack pinion but most of this swap also applies to the It's going on a 1963 Buick Riviera that happens to be running a LS swap. I was having too much clearance issues and decided to swap from a rear steer to front steer setup. Need custom length tie rod adjustment/adapter sleeves made for you next project or classic car? Talk to DCA Race Fab to get a set fabricated for you to your exact specs. The Chevy C10 guys use the heck outta them but they will literally make any tie rod/heim joint, metric or standard hook up to whatever you want to steer with. Also remember, you can compensate for some bump steer by adding washers under heim joints but it can be harder to deal with on tie rods. Give them a call or email.
