Puff Pastry Palmiers ❤️ Super easy to make and incredibly delicious!🥨😋✨ RECIPE👇 ‪@DanyResconi‬ • INGREDIENTS: • • For the puff pastry: • All-purpose flour: 250g • Butter: 30g • Salt: 7g • Water: 100g • Vinegar: 5g • • For the butter block: • Butter: 300g • Granulated sugar for sprinkling, as needed • PROCEDURE: • Start by preparing the puff pastry. Begin by mixing the flour with vinegar and water. Once the dough is smooth, add the butter and finally the salt. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 12 hours. • Place the butter block in the center of the rolled-out dough in a rectangle shape, fold the two ends over, and seal it well. Now, you'll need to do 3 sets of 3 folds, allowing the dough to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes between each fold. • To create the palmiers, fold the ends of the two flaps towards the center repeatedly until you have a single strip. Remember to generously sprinkle granulated sugar on each layer and roll it with a rolling pin (to embed the sugar). • Cut into slices about 1 cm thick and place the palmiers on parchment paper, spaced apart. • Bake in a convection oven at 180°C / 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until they are caramelized.
