Falernum is a Caribbean liqueur (or syrup) made from rum, limes, allspice, cloves, almonds and ginger. It is used in many tiki drinks. It is a staple tropical drinks ingredients. • The issue with lots of homemade Farlernum is that it doesn't last very long. The typical shelf life is 2 weeks which sucks because it takes almost 1 week to make! • THIS recipe is a SHELF STABLE FALERNUM LIQUEUR that should last 9-12 months! Now that's worth it!
