Hello! This is how you make injera after making the dough. I will make another video on how to make the dough for injera very soon, I just had dough so I thought to make a video while I had it. • Supplies Used: • ~Measuring Cup • ~Large Frying Pan or Bethany Houseware Grill and Cover • https://www.amazon.com/Bethany-Griddl... • Whatever you use just make sure you have a cover for it! • ~Table Cloth, or something to put the injera on after making it • ~Dough • ~ Two Cups of Teff • ~ Two Cups of wheat or barley flour • ~ One Cup of Self-Rising Flour • ~Starter (if not from previously making injera) 1/4 Cup of Teff, 1/4 Cup of wheat flour, one pack of instant yeast, all mixed with one cup of warm water then proceed to leave it for three days.
