This session is meant to heighten your awareness of this energy center, allowing you to become more familiar with how it feels, how it flows, and anything that you can do to improve its functioning and effectiveness in your life. To receive this energy, relax and let it flow to you. If you normally like to play multiple Reiki sessions at once, you may want to consider playing this one by itself for maximum impact. It's ideal for meditation and any other time when you can give yourself your undivided attention. Past that, it's ideal for whenever you feel intuitively led to let it play. As with any Reiki session, you may want to drink extra water during and/or afterward; this helps the energy integrate. • Because this Reiki session is meant to help you develop a deep connection with your root chakra, this is a time for you to either reap the rewards of the work that you have done to nourish this energy center, or to gain insight into what should be done in order to improve its wellness. With that in mind, this session may not always feel enjoyable.
