Easy Bread Machine White Bread Two Ways

This is the basic homemade fresh white bread recipe that turns out perfect every time. Easy, Soft and Best bread in the Automatic Bread Maker!! • Ingredients • Water - 1 cup • Milk - 1/2 cup • Butter at room temperature or Oil - 3 tbsp • Bread flour or All purpose flour - 3 1/2 cups • Sugar - 2 tbsps • Salt - 1 tsp • Instant yeast - 1 1/2 tsps • Instructions • 1. Add all the ingredients in the order mentioned in the bread maker pan and • lock it in the bread machine. • 2. Close the lid and choose PROG 1 basic white bread, size as 1 1/2 lbs and color as light, medium or dark and press start in the bread machine. • 3. The whole process of kneading, rising and baking will be automatically done and it will take 3:30 hours. • 4. Once done, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool before slicing. • Note: • 1. You can also remove the paddles before baking when the paddle signal turns on. • 2. Sifting the flour will help you to have consistent soft loafs each time. • 3.
