I came from a small country in East Africa called Eritrea where women aren't usually seen outside of their traditional gender role. I never wanted to fit the traditional role. I believe that taking care of my physical health positively affects my mental spiritual well being. And vice versa. I believe that strong girls are beautiful. What started as a hobby, grew into a passion, now is my way of life. My goal is to empower inspire women through self-care fitness - starting with myself. • • *DISCLAIMER - This video is NOT intended for kids • Contact Me: • [email protected] • Follow Me: • Instagram: • http://bit.ly/2Ezpa2N • Facebook: http://bit.ly/2Hhy4EZ • Snapchat @semfit8 • #Semretrussom #Tigrinyatuesday #Tigrinyalanguage
