Cleanblend Healthy Ranch Dressing Using Cashews! • Ingredients: • ● 1 cup raw cashews + water to soak overnight • ● 1/4 cup olive oil • ● 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, or more as needed (unsweetened is important for this recipe) • ● 3 tablespoons lemon juice • ● 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • ● 1 teaspoon dried dill • ● dash of paprika (we used a smoked flavour) • ● 2 tablespoons fresh garlic chives and parsley, minced (regular chives will do in a pinch) • ● salt and fresh black pepper, to taste • Directions: • ● Soak cashews for between 4-12 hours in water (this will create the creamy texture essential to this recipe) • ● Drain water from cashews and Cleanblend nuts until smooth with oil, almond milk, lemon juice, onion powder, dill, and paprika, garlic chives. • ● If the mixture requires thinning add soy or almond milk of your choice 1 teaspoon a a time. • ● Season with salt and pepper. • ● Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. • Notes: • A creamy ranch dressing with none of the usual dairy fats, sugars, or additives.
