Quick Vietnamese Beef Pho Cooking with Linh Dan

Linh Dan loves to cook! Especially deserts and sweet things. But sharing foods with us from her home country and culture is definitely high up on the list as well. Pho is a pretty simple dish - broth, meat, and some vegetables. We were able to source the base set of ingredients from our local grocery store, and supplemented with herbs from our kitchen garden (basil and chives). • It's really easy to throw together, and could probably go from start to finish in 15-20 minutes pretty easy. Especially once you make it a time or two. We absolutely love it!
