A obra na estação da Estrela insere-se num projeto do Metropolitano de Lisboa que visa prolongar a linha amarela, deste a estação Rato ao Cais do Sodré, convertendo-a assim numa linha circular. • A estação da Estrela é composta por três frentes principais: Edifício da Farmácia, Poço da Estação e Túnel da Estação. Com exceção do edifício da farmácia, todas as restantes frentes são realizadas entre o poço e o túnel da estação. O acesso principal ao túnel faz-se através do poço, com cerca de 60 m de altura, por onde passam trabalhadores, máquinas e todos os equipamentos, incluindo a cofragem. • A ULMA participou em todas as frentes desta obra, fornecendo todo tipo de equipamentos de escoramento e cofragem. Através do trabalho diário e do compromisso de entreajuda mútua entre a ZAGOPE e a ULMA, foi possível alcançar soluções pensadas e desenhadas em conjunto, que nos permitiram superar cada uma das dificuldades que surgiram. A versatilidade da cofragem ULMA permitiu executar paredes retas ou curvas, paredes com geometrias irregulares que exigem desenhos à medida; lajes de diferentes espessuras; até aos túneis, onde foram executados carros de andaime com peso superior a 20 toneladas para montagem de armaduras, carros ainda mais pesados para betonar as paredes do túnel até estruturas complexas para execução de abóbadas. • Tudo isso não seria possível sem o trabalho diário e a dedicação de toda a equipe da ULMA. With the exception of the pharmacy building, all the other fronts are between the shaft and the station tunnel. The main access to the tunnel is via the shaft, which is around 60 metres high and through which workers, machines and all the equipment, including the formwork, pass. • ULMA has participated in all fronts of this work, supplying all types of shoring and formwork equipment. Through daily work and the commitment to mutual help between ZAGOPE and ULMA, it was possible to achieve solutions that were thought out and designed together, enabling us to overcome every difficulty that arose. The versatility of ULMA formwork has made it possible to build straight or curved walls, walls with irregular geometries that require bespoke designs; slabs of different thicknesses; even tunnels, where scaffolding trolleys weighing more than 20 tonnes have been built to assemble reinforcements, even heavier trolleys to concrete the tunnel walls and complex structures to build vaults. • All this would not have been possible without the daily work and dedication of the entire ULMA team.
