In this video I’ll show you how to make this Shanghai-style Borscht! Being quite different from its Russian origin, the Chinese-style borscht originated in Harbin, close to the Russian border in northeast China has spread as far as Shanghai Hong Kong! A hearty recipe made with pork spareribs other ingredients. One of my favorite comfort food! It’s so good to eat with steamed rice or toasted bread.
