How to cook Greek Red Lentil Soup

This Greek Red Lentil soup recipe is very creamy, light, and delicious and one of the best nourishing dishes, it’s very easy to make with warm spices, this comforting Greek lentil soup is also gluten-free. Enjoy! • Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 45 minutes • Ingredients: • 1 Onion – Chopped • 2 Garlic Cloves – Chopped • 1 Potato – Chopped • 1 Carrot – Chopped • 1 tsp Black Pepper • 1 tsp Rosemary • 1 tsp Oregano • 1 tsp Cumin • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste • 2 Cups Chicken Broth • 2 Cups Red Lentils (washed and rinsed until water runs clear) • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice • 1 tbsp Parsley • Garnish with olive oil fresh parsley • Directions: • 1- Heat oil over medium heat. • 2- Add onion, garlic, potato, and carrot. Stirring for 2 minutes. • 3- Add black pepper, rosemary, oregano, and cumin. Stirring for 5 minutes. • 4- Add tomato paste, stirring for 1 minute, then add chicken broth and red lentils.
