Its size, 58.2 mm, corresponds to 11 weeks and 1 day of gestational age. The sac has well-defined borders and a smooth outline. • Embryo/Fetal Pole: • A single live intrauterine fetus is visualized. Crown-Rump Length CRL 22.6 mm corresponds to 9 weeks 2 days +/- 5 days. • Cardiac Activity: • Fetal cardiac activity is present. The fetal heart rate is 180 BPM, which is within the normal range for this gestational age. • Yolk Sac: • The yolk sac is noted and appears normal. • Amniotic Fluid: • The amniotic fluid volume appears normal for gestational age. • Placenta: • Early placental development is visualized along the anterior uterine wall, and no abnormalities are noted. • Uterus and Cervix: • The uterus is normal in size, and the cervix is normal in length with no evidence of funneling or cervical incompetence. • Adnexa: • CL Cyst is noted in the left Ovary measuring 3.22cm • The right ovary appears normal, with no adnexal masses or free fluid in the pelvis. • IMPRESSION: • Ultrasound findings are consistent with a single viable intrauterine pregnancy at 9 weeks and 0 days.
