For over 20 years, NPower has helped thousands of young adults and military veterans from underserved communities nationwide get the skills and confidence they need to start a career path in tech. • • Our corporate partnerships include Fortune 1000 organizations and other large enterprises spanning across several industries, including banking, finance, technology, consulting, and more. Graduates of the NPower program become a part of our talent pipeline where our corporate partners can hire from a robust pool of diverse, skilled candidates. • When you volunteer with NPower, you change the trajectory of someone’s life for the better.  Your knowledge, experience, and guidance can greatly benefit our trainees as they pursue life-changing tech careers.
