How to set goals in Obsidian Templates Periodic Notes

How do you set goals in Obsidian for 2022? New Year's Resolutions are popular at this time of year, but resolutions are infamously left undone. So what should you do instead? OKRs. Setting OKRs (Objective Key Results) instead of resolutions increases your chances of succeeding. Tracking your progress throughout the year also make sure you're getting things done.
