But here's the good part: a mighty $500 price cut! • In my testing, I found that the Neapolitan arch is necessary if you plan on using this in freezing temperatures. But the performance enhancement from the arch was so huge. I didn't expect it to work as well as it did. • Overall the oven is as amazing as you could hope.
