(My other favorite is the cobra position from yoga). This hanging decompression is something I learned from Pavel Tsatsouline and if you have lower back issues, this really helps relieve your back. There's even some anecdotal evidence that doing this consistently can increase your height if you have particularly compressed spine. • Read these instructions because it's a little hard to see the details in the video. • You want to start with your hands fairly wide apart (this decreases the distance your body needs to travel downwards and increases the effectiveness of this exercise). Now breathe in and tense your entire body WITHOUT elevating yourself, and hold that tension and your breath for about 10 seconds. Now suddenly let go of your air and let your whole body go limp. It's crucial to do this simultaneously for maximum spinal decompression. • Make sure to hold the breath 'in your chest' and not 'in your head'. Do this as many times as you can before you grip gives out. In addition to relieving pressure between your vertebrae, you'll find this hanging to be therapeutic for your shoulders, upper back, neck and chest. • Whether you lift weights often or spend a lot of time sitting, this lumbar decompression exercise belongs in every modern man's routine. Try it and let me know what you think! • Click The Link Below To Claim Your Free SixPack Cheat Sheets! • http://www.6packsuccess.com • -Victor • p.s.
