I want to show you fast, easy and simple way to make satin fabric roses. It takes 30 minutes to make 9 roses with this technique. This tutorial is about how to make fabric roses from satin, chiffon, silk or any other type of fabric material, with easy step by step DIY instructions. These handmade roses are good to decorate wedding dress, flower girl basket, wedding money box or any other event accessories. To begin, you need to take a piece of your desired fabric. You need to cut a strip of fabric, but there is a secret you need to know. When fabric strips cut out, along the edges of fabric material, it tends to be not very elastic, but when fabric strips are cut diagonally you can see much more elasticity. Cut the strip with a 7 -9 cm width and 50-60 cm length to make your rose look full. When you fold a strip of fabric leave approximately 1 cm on one side for further assembling. Stitch the fold on a sewing machine, when you feed the fabric into machine pull the bottom part of the fold against the top to create a ruffle. You can always hand stitch if you choose to.
