Today we're loading up Easthaven County, Massachusetts, for the first time since the new massive Economy 2.0 patch, and oh boy are we in for a surprise, as the county's economy has been completely demolished, resulting in an enormous budget deficit and a decrease in the overall happiness of people and businesses. This poses a huge challenge as we attempt to fix this by carefully re-planning and developing services: fire stations, hospitals, recycling centers, water and sewage, and more. We also tweak our taxes and service budgets and create new industries where Easthaven is most dependent on expensive imports from neighboring regions.
