In November 2023, The Ramparts gathered together once again in Stag’s Head, Dublin, this time to sing one of our favourite Christmas songs, ‘Fairytale Of New York’. • A few weeks later, the sad news of Shane MacGowan’s passing, brought a new poignant meaning to this song for us.
