Simply enough but a little bit of technique will help get the temperature of your drink down whilst maintaining the ideal dilution. • DIRECTIONS • 1. Hold the top of the bar spoon between your thumb and index finger. • 2. Align your middle finger beside your index finger. • 3. Hold your bottom two fingers (ring and little finger) on the opposite side of the bar spoon. • 4. Place the end of the spoon into the mixing glass - between the glass and ice. • 5.
