Playthrough with Terry, Raiden and Ryo, with the English voices on for extra hilarity. When this game was first revealed, everyone thought it was going to be great, as it featured brand new graphics for all characters, something a lot of people had been wanting for a long time. • But then when the game was released it turned out to be a massive disappointment. The game had been rushed -evidenced by the fact there is unused data on the disc hinting at more characters -as it lacks any kind of story, the single player mode lacks a boss, there aren't that many characters in the game for KoF, the characters that are in have very small move sets etc. • Special mention has to go to the terrible A.I., which often has CPU opponents just spamming punches and kicks even if they're nowhere near you. They jump around way too much and certain CPU characters don't even appear to know how to use special moves. A good example of clueless A.I. happens at around 11:14. • The online mode for this game is the worst I've ever encountered. The connection quality is a joke, and unsurprisingly the game died a quick death online. The online play was useless even after it was patched. • The good news is that SNK managed to redeem themselves with their next game, The King of Fighters XIII.
