Make sure that the Underwrap is applied tightly in a thin layer. • STEP 2 - ANCHOR • Apply an anchor strip around mid calf. Aim the tape slightly downward when applying as it will come back up when it wraps the leg and finish in the same position, this also allows for a little muscle expansion during exercise. Repeat 1-2 more times underneath to get a wider anchor • STEP 3 - STIRRUPS • Stirrup from medial to lateral around the calcaneus, repeat 2 or 3 times overlapping the tape by half each time.
