DIY Mercedes W204 LED Licence Plate Lights Replacement Easy Fast

Hello wannabe mechanics ! • In this video we are going to show you how to easily replace the light bulbs from a W204 license plate with more powerful LED lights. I wanted to perform this job a long time ago because I kept getting the warning sign for burnt license plate lights but also I always found the original ones to be a bit too dim. There are plenty of videos on Youtube on how to do that but some of them suggest that you only need to remove the exterior trim and not the entire interior panel of the trunk. I am really anxious to show you exactly which of the two methods is the right one so no one else has to wonder about that as I did. The LEDs are really cheap and they are specially designed for W204 so they perfectly fit in the sockets of the old light bulbs and also you won’t get any warning lights when turning on the ignition. I was really pleased with the result. • I am using the Go Pro Hero 7 for my videos. In my opinion it is the best due to mechanical gimbal‑like stabilization—without the gimbal.
