The bollard is removed by inserting a key in the box that is attached to the bollard's receiver and lifting with the folding handle at the tip of the bollard. A cap can be placed over the receiver, making it virtually unnoticeable and reducing any potential tripping hazard.With this installation method, the bollard is intended to act as solely visual traffic deterrent that will restrict or limit access to particular areas.
