This is now available in the Nvidia app and this is how you do it - • How To Fix FPS Stuck On 30FPS On Lapt... • Have you been playing games on your laptop whilst using the battery to find that you can never get any higher than 30fps? If you have an Nvidia graphics card in your laptop then there may be a simple way to sort this out.
