@AmericasTestKitchen recommended the nonstick GreenPan Valencia Pro so I bought a set. Here's my review. • America's test kitchen does great reviews so when they tested the GreenPan Valencia Pro skillet and recommended it I decided to buy a whole set. Unfortunately, As soon as I opened the box I knew I would have to send them back. 2 of the pens were chipped as soon as I took them out of the packaging. • I decided to test out one of the skillets to see how it performed. I fried an egg and scrambled an egg with no oil because that is what my viewers ask when I'm reviewing nonstick pans.
