Today I'm making a fermented ginger turmeric honey for the Self Reliant Skill of the Week. • This recipe uses fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, fresh lemon juice, and raw honey. It takes about a week (maybe two) to complete the fermentation process. • This is the easiest ferment you'll ever do! This is excellent to put in your tea on a daily basis, or at the very least when you're sick. • All these ingredients are anti-inflammatory, so they are so good for our bodies and our immune system.
